How It Works

A fiber cable is connected to your home via a fiber unit mounted on the side by your other utilities. A cable then runs from the fiber unit and connects to a power adaptor/wireless router inside.

Here's what to expect:

• We verify that your address is within our coverage area.
• We contact you to discuss specifics and schedule an installation date.
• Prior to your installation date, we will contact a utility markings company to have your underground utilities marked.
• The fiber line will be buried within a week following the utility marking being complete (weather permitting).
• A grey or white box will then be mounted on the side of your home, typically where your other utility boxes are located. This box serves as the outside connection intake point to your new fiber optic service.
• On the day of the installation, technicians will arrive within a 2 hour window to install the modem inside your home. A line will be run from the box outside to your wireless router located inside. *

Upgrade Options

* Mesh WiFi: Installation includes 2 Mesh WiFi units (1 router and 1 extender) which covers most houses. Additional Mesh WiFi units can be purchased for $40/each.

Landline Phone: Customer may add-on residential VoIP phone services for $10/month. Our VoIP phone service features Unlimited local and long-distance calling with standard calling features (i.e. call forwarding, call blocking, and caller ID).
